How long does it take until I receive my order?

Turnover times are currently 5-7days until the items ordered are ready for pickup/delivery.

"Rush order" available for extra $15 and gets done within 1-2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will be shipped via CANADA POST, UPS, Local pickup - free(TORONTO, ONTARIO).

What is return/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as they are made to order.

What payment option do you accept?

We accept payment through paypal. You do not have paypal account, Bank deposit is an Etransfer payment to elitestitches2021@gmail.com

- If this option used you must send the Etransfer payment within 30min with your order number.

How do the crewnecks & hoodies fit?

Both hoodies & sweatshirt are unisex sizing. The run true to size. If you'll like it oversized/loose fit get one size up. Check the size guide.
